Terms of Use

The terms that apply to this website, our catalogue and trade accounts. Last updated 8 July 2026.

1. About us and these terms

This website is operated by Ta-Da Enterprise Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 12923625, VAT no. GB369411187). By using this website, applying for a trade account or placing an enquiry or order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version published here applies.

2. Trade customers only

We supply goods to business customers only. By applying for a trade account or placing an enquiry or order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and not as a consumer. Consumer protection legislation that applies to consumer sales, including consumer cancellation and return rights, does not apply to business-to-business transactions.

3. Catalogue, pricing and availability

Product listings, prices, stock levels and other catalogue information are provided as an invitation to treat and do not constitute a binding offer. All orders are subject to acceptance, confirmation and availability. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice, and errors and omissions are excepted. Product descriptions and images are provided for identification and may vary from the goods supplied, including differences in packaging.

4. Trade accounts

All trade account applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, decline, suspend or withdraw a trade account at our discretion and without obligation to give reasons. Catalogue access, pricing and any credentials provided to you are confidential and for your business use only; they must not be shared with third parties.

5. Sourcing and authenticity

We source genuine branded products through reputable suppliers, wholesalers and distributors. Supporting documentation can be made available where applicable and on reasonable request.

6. Trademarks and intellectual property

Brand names, trademarks and logos displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their display does not imply endorsement, authorisation, sponsorship or affiliation, and no such relationship should be assumed unless specifically stated. All other content on this website, including text, design and imagery, belongs to Ta-Da Enterprise Limited and may not be reproduced without permission. If you are a rights holder and have a concern about any content shown here, please contact us via the contact page and we will address it promptly.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are discretionary, apply only where expressly stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Offers have no cash value and apply to qualifying orders only.

8. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas, scraping or harvesting data, or using content for competitive analysis. We may restrict access to any part of the website at our discretion.

9. Privacy and enquiries

Information submitted through our forms, such as your name, company details and contact information, is used to respond to your enquiry, assess trade account applications and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell your information to third parties. To ask about the information we hold, or to request its removal, contact us via the contact page.

10. Liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from use of this website or from any transaction with us, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
